Southeast Colorado | I suppose if you really want to farm.........and think there's no way to make it where you're at. It's time to pack up and move. Could've bought 2500 acres at Byers CO for barely over $2 million a couple of days ago.
I don't really know what the answer is. Always someone out there with more money. Even in my Godforsaken country there are several guys farming 50k acres. The Billionaire just north of me has 500k acres. And that's just a minor part of his portfolio. With all that said...........there are opportunities here. Just wish I was younger I suppose. But I'm happy with where we're at. | |
