Depends on the landlord.
We only had one that could be a PIA. And I was about ready to split those sheets anyway but we decided to retire so became a moot point. He ask my nephews if they wanted to farm his ground and one nephew told him if John couldn't keep you happy we sure would not be able to, LOL. I got a kick out of that.
