I'm sure the locals know what it's worth. But I'm surprised the land at Byers CO was so cheap.

Like I said..........the locals surely know best. And you have some pretty big players in the neighborhood.......like Kalcevicks and Linnebur. They farm some ridiculous amount of land just like it barely to the west.

But still............there's already some obvious city folks living in that area. You can see several nice home lot build ups in the area. From Byers you hop on the Interstate and can be at Denver Int. Airport in less than an hour. I'd have thought even the hunting potential would be worth quite a bit.

My wife went to high school in Bennett. Even worked at that scuzzy Truck Stop back in the day.........haha! But yah, all of the sudden it's full of houses and new shopping centers. The Denver build out has been ridiculous.
