Looking at Google satellite images, when did Bennett become the new hot spot for development? Granted it’s been a while since I spent some time there, but it wasn’t much more than a dive of a truck stop at that time. Such a dive that when I drove by a couple years later it was a level dirt lot.

That land at Byers did seem to go pretty cheap. I think it could be a very long wait for development to get there though. It would be interesting to know more details about it and its renewables lease.
