I saw that too. Disregarding any development potential, I kind of figured thier production at 1/4 of ours which would make that on the high side. Maybe the yields are better than that.
Also noticed real estate taxes under $3/acre. That would be nearly 1/10 what our Dryland ground is taxed at.
