Subject: Early broadleaf burndown keep cereal cover crop

Southern MD
I have some ground that has triticale cover crop and has some winter annuals in it. I want to spray in February or March and kill the winter annuals but let the triticale continue to grow. Henbit deadnettle chickweed pepper weed garlic. I want to kill the annuals early because I plan to NT hay in the fall behind soybeans. Was thinking 2-4D/dicamba and something like generic harmony extra or would metribuzin be just as good? These fields are prone to having winter annuals up by harvest. TIA
