A used drone with 10k acres, replace all the motors.

Batteries should be good for awhile still, 1500 cycles is the 80% effective capacity mark

One thing DJI does well is you probably won't have many glitches or downtime because of software, but their hardware can be lacking at times.

Pro tip, don't update the drone mid season
