Hopefully this is market related. If a "guy on the street" wins the lottery and starts buying farmland and appears to be paying too much, how does that affect the farmland "market"? It kind of reminds me of that Richard Pryor movie where he has to spend a pile of money to inherit an even larger pile, Brewsters Millions.
