Iowa | There are quite a few here, that went belly up during the 80s farm crisis, Many of them came back bigger than ever. Got huge write offs, didnt seem to bother them much.
Then there are those that dug in, and held on. A lot of them never expanded much after that out of fear. While the high rollers continued to leverage and releverage. Because it got wrote off last last time.
