SW TX PANHANDLE		They will buy feed starting out from neighbors, then they will end up owning everything that touches them. Will wear out the roads because they haul feed or manure year round. It will smell like **** most of the time within 10 miles of their location because they are always spreading manure. Dairy moved here 20 years ago and it smells like **** year round, keep the roads torn up and don’t buy much feed anymore.
