Me shaking my head a little can be the most aggressive provocation I can do around here. With my kids and even my wife. We are pretty open about differing opinions around here. Just shaking your head means it is so bad that words or instruction can't be said outloud. Shaking your head equates to 'fightin' words' around here. lol.
