Pittsburg, Kansas | The unfortunate reality is parents and kids just don't always get along or see eye to eye.
I had two sons that we attempted to work into the farming operation. One only a couple years and the other seven. Neither just worked out to the satisfaction of all parties. Unfortunate but the truth.
I am on good terms with all my three kids now. And they all tell me how much they appreciate having me as their dad. But the two boys and I simply did not mesh when it came to running a business.
Sad but true. Sometimes a person just has to recognize reality as it is, not what they want it to be. | |
