Folks have been saying the stock market is overvalued for centuries now. The only way farmland goes down half then these levels is sky high interest rates like they were in the 80’s and prices stay at these levels or worse. Nobody wants to see that as there will be thousands upon thousands of bankruptcies.
What do you really want out of ag?
