Studying the air system on a semi will give you some good ideas.
Start at the compressor. Automatic tank drain, then an air dryer from a semi. Drip leg and discharge valve at every drop. Filter and regulator at every drop. Secondary dry dry tank for painting and plasma cutter.
If not automatic/timed, set up a schedule and open drains
