We traded our 9700 for a 1680, I was shocked to discover the 1680 would throw corn out the back. A 1680 could run for days on a failing bearing while 9700 would be smoldering before day was over. PosiLoc puller was your best friend with 9700, almost never needed on CNH machines. Kinda miss it though, what a beast in its day, as bad as White tractor paint was White combines had probably best paint of any brand.
