nc ks | I don't know why it would hurt any feelings. I think it would end up the same as a farmer wishing for $8 corn. He'd wait for $9 and be crying in his milk when it went to $4 and he never sold.
If the boomers sold land, the same guys wishing it would sell will be nashing about how it sold too high and they still don't own it. Every piece of land I have bought didn't make sense and yet it makes sense now. But this time is different.....
Some of my biggest farming regrets are the land auctions I was next to highest bidder. What was I thinking when I quit. Dumb.
Btw, the land bought in the 70's was what killed a lot of farms. It was the land bought 15 years later that really shines.
