| The baby boomers need to retire and sell the land so the next generation can build wealth. Supply and demand- they bought it all in the 70s- today and won't let it go. More land has to come to market to drop prices. They need to take the cash from land sale and put in stock market or CDs and get out of land. I always hear how hard the eighties were but then when I mention that most kept their land they bought when they were in their 20s and 30s it gets pretty quiet. I'm 15 years behind that so far on buying land and the future looks bleak. | |
