This right here. You have no idea how your thoughts are affected by constant drinking. Depression and anxiety get scaled up by a huge factor.


You are correct , had a passing thought of eating a bullet , way more than one time at my lowest point .

Have people that depend on me , so i hung in there . Son has no one but me . Could not do that to him .
