I grew up on a 300 acre hog farm. Going around with Dad was safer.
My kids grew up on a grain farm where Commerical application and commercial trucking was no place for little kids.
I tell them what Dad told me. It's not a job to get rich at and you have to love doing it....to be good and survive. I dont wish for them, my process of wedging my way into the farm but that's how you stand on the generations before you, bringing youth and new ideas into something "bigger" than you are. | |
