If someone like that is interested, a viable plan needs to be made and an enterprise added if there isn't already a need and room. Room needs to be made. It isn't all about land base. It is about maximizing competitive advantage with human resources....happy human resources.
Raising a few of those specialists into the farm can be a benefit as well. I just don't understand when farmers say that they discouraged their kids from coming back to the farm. There is always a place if you let everyone migrate to their strengths and others are willing to relinquish a bit of their hold on everything and start concentrating on their strengths. | |
