SW Ohio | 1) Pay off the land debt.
2) Use the capital servicing the debt to hire specialists.
3) Specialists bring their skills to the farm and take the assets of the farm for them to independently go make bank. (DOT mechanic maintains my equipment, then can use my equipment to go make service call money)
4) Have fun farming with friends, while playing the arbiter/backer for them to expand in their specialty.
Could use the capital to buy more farmland but I love the idea of vertically integrating and diversifying the farm more. I borrowed all of 8k per acre to buy in 2015, 15k is dumb.
