That I couldn't tell you. One of the tracts mentions something about you having the ability to drill a well. Whatever that means.

I also didn't mention that it is under a current wind lease that is paying a small amount. No turbines yet..........but the potential is there. Back about 20 miles to the east of there by Limon there are quite a few Turbines up and spinning.
