| None of our kids are looking at farming, we discouraged that early on. They are all highly paid professionals and all I want is to have them get an income producing asset they can use to diversify their holdings.
So, bring on the high prices and/or government handouts since everyone says that money just goes to the landowners through higher rent via competition.
Farmers are like a bin full of moneys with one ladder, didn’t used to be that way. The trend towards consolidation has been established and I don’t see it being reversed. | |
