Thanks to all. I will put the conditioner to it.
If you can work the thing, that would be good too. Makes all the valves inside move more than sitting and idling, even revving it up. Gotta make the governor work to get everything moving so it can free up.
We have quite a few antiques in the barn, fairly common problem
