S.C. Wisconsin		The trend started with poultry, then hog business, now the trend has moved into the dairy business. But it seems it's not much different than a good share of most businesses . I am not in favor of this but it's just plain capitalism. Any intervention would be considered socialism. Capitalism is probably a good system but it can be cruel to some. So we have to pick our poison. We could see the trend some years ago when we the left the dairy business. Looking back it's my opinion it has been the right decision. For some who still want be involved with agriculture they probably would be better off working at one of these big farm businesses rather than struggling to work on their own farm. Just my opinion as my opinion it seems that adapting to the situation seems to work out better than complaining and bucking the system.
