SE Nebraska is/was probably overrepresented MF wise, a least until the conventional combines were used up. The dealer in Fairbury seemed to move a few of the 4wds too. The dealer in Beatrice sold Allis too, so was really combined focused but I think moved more orange tractors than red by a good clip. Still probably has more dealer availability than most places with Plymouth, Pickrell, and Falls City still going.
