| I got a Convey-All 290 new in 2009 and put it on a new heavy duty car hauler trailer, still use it today. Used it to fill a 12 row box planter, and since 2018, our center fill planter. We added a scale to it just about right after I got it. Got the kit from Scale-Tech, pretty simple, just a weigh bar at each corner. Other than having to replace one weigh bar early on, it’s worked perfectly all these years, it weighs in increments of 5 pounds. It’s really handy when we want to put one box of seed into the two planter boxes, can weigh out the right amounts. The seed tender isn’t fancy and can’t load itself, but does just fine and we just dump the boxes right into the tender with the forklift. It would be nice sometimes to be able to adjust the height of the seed tender’s conveyor, but these fancy new ones are terribly expensive, and ours does the job just fine! | |
