You CAN quit. You CAN stop turning to booze when you just want to give up. It will always be "easy" to just get lost in the booze. We as farmers put wayy too much importance on the business and not enough on a life outside of it. I found spending more time with my kids outside of work, and truly focusing on getting the unending work done made the list of jobs to do a lot shorter. Remember all the time you spend in a bottle is time you could be digging yourself out of the hole we call farming. It gets a lot easier after a few weeks. My journey almost cost me my family. Don't let yours get that bad! Also, you will be surprised (at least I was) of the number of supportive people who will be there for you!
