How about the Amazon's offering 200k an acre here? Or the powerlines going through on eminent domain? Or Bill Gates buyinf land? Or Stone quarries? Subdivision? Acre trader?
And it's the tax free passing to their heir on land they paid RE taxes, interest and income taxes to pay the principal to buy that land?
