I have dug a 1963 MF 97 tractor out of the barn that has not run in 30 years. It is a diesel. We have got it running, but when you shut it off it just quits running REALLY slow. I have a few other that just shut off right now. It is a mechanical shut off with the throttle lever. What can I do to rectify this problem?
