Southeast Colorado | If I was a little younger..........cheaper land would be far more intriguing. As I'm now about to turn 60..........and have purchased quite a bit over the last 30 years.........I'll surely be better off if land stays high. I don't think it's great for our industry though. The economy doesn't really care what I think.
EDIT: I realize now you weren't replying to me..........even though it looked like it on my nested screen. But I'll leave my comments up regardless, since they're relevant to the question.
