We have gone back to buying second hand mechanical machines. Good pricing and the repair places will take them back and recycle them again. They do not want anything electronic. That has to say something. We can live with a few dents and scratches and mismatch machines. Got ten years out of the last washer that I personally use for my work cloths which are always quite dirty.
