SW MN | I've always had Great service from Ziegler's. Bought a used machine in NE had it hauled to Ziegler's to inspect, then brought home. They always had combine clinics, which I attended the first 6 years or so. They have a Great preseason inspection program for 600.00 They run machine take oil samples of everything. and check over machine usually 4+ hrs. Parts are almost always overnight. except engine fan that through a blade. And had good in season service when required. Tech also was available via, text and would call back when available. No charge! They also have an 800 number to call for help, that you leave a message, and problem. A trained combine employee will call back.. And I have never purchased another machine from them. New or used.. They bent over backwards to sell and service the Class combine.. We do not know the whole story, all I heard was Claas demanded full line sales.. true or not? The German Allis thing didn't last ether,
I can not get that kind of service from my local JD dealer 5 miles away.
I wish I lived closer to C. Mayer's business...
I do have access to good AGCO dealers. best is about 52 miles away.
