Sat in a meeting Monday this week in Fargo and a certain dude from Texas A&M that is well connected with USDA told a room full of people that there will be no additional "Bridge" payment, regardless of what our Senators and Representatives say. Big ARC/PLC payments for next fall, but no more ad-hoc. The change in reference prices from the OBBB made a difference.
The past 6 months has made a lot of money for ag "influencers" using click-bait headlines and wild cow stories. Whether it is some podcaster or even the larger national ag press, it seems like everybody wants to ring the bell for more rave stories about assistance. Remember, we were supposed to get up to $150/ac on soybeans!!!!
