| My kids have told me something that I found interesting. They have said that the earlier generations had always been told they would have it better than their parents. They said that their generation is literally being told that they will have it worse than their parents. Climate crisis, pandemics, financially, etc, etc. They are being fed nothing but messages of having less than their parents. Including the various freedoms and freedom from persecution.
It is interesting viewing it from their perspective. The fact that the generation wanting them to do without now has already enjoyed and prospered because they had those opportunities and freedoms is not lost on them. | |
