Southeast WI | While I do agree with you on keeping most of garbage comments out of here the two - marketing and politics - are so intertwined especially the past short decade.
Case in point. Soybean pricing was going nowhere this fall and I had some beans that were not sold before harvest that needed a home or had to go into commercial storage. Decision made - unload that portion before I had to pay storage. Within a week Trump makes a statement on a "new marketing agreement" and price went up a buck a bushel in short order. And now its retracted because nothing changed. How do we not bring politics into this conversation? Intertwined...
