NCSD		Well the positive is obviously the feed needs…
That’s a lot of silage and alfalfa.
Also, if you’re real close, the manure would be nice.

That being said, I think the negatives outweigh the positives. Couldn’t imagine the traffic, people, etc.

Always wonder who is behind bringing in a big dairy to an area…the big wigs your talking about must have their feed and manure contracts written up already.
