Subject: Medical 25 years down the road

I read about the stomach ulcers years ago. Some guy in the basement of a hospital no one wanted to listen to till someone did and, surprise, he was correct.

Makes me wonder how many medical things that are accepted as gospel in the medical community today will be overturned???

I suspect quite a few. Statins anyone? How about cancer? Alzheimer's?

They don't know it all but often have the attitude they do.
