Hooker Twp,Ne | Crop ins should only be enterprise units. Why? The individual units are a host for fraud. Take 2-4 units and move some of the grain over to other units. There is a 10% cup that the aph can go down. So they collect on those 2-4 units. The other units just now recieved a nice boost in their aph. Following year a different 2-4 units have poor yields and bushels go to maybe the year before loss units. Those loss units only had a 10% loss at the aph table so now the aph has just increased over what it was two year prior. So on so forth and before you know it over several years the aph on the farms are considerable higher mainly do to grain movement and the 10% cup. | |
