| The fraud that takes place is guys that bin a lot of grain or have several family entities that share in production. I've always been by myself and wouldn't even consider defrauding RMA. They might be worse then the IRS. There is quite a bit of leaway on stored bushels and crop loss adjustments. I think you can be off 5%. I've always been told its about intent more then actual numbers. That's what I was told during an audit years ago. Auditors, agents, underwriters and farmers all make mistakes because we are all human. | |
