I have been taking a tablespoon of vinegar mixed in water (usually apple cider vinegar but whatever is around if don't have it) morning and night. It is a short chain fatty acid. I believe it has helped my morning fasting blood sugar levels.
There is a lot to be learned about the microbiome and what effect the bugs of our guts have on our lives.
I mostly believe in the authors that have messages that agree with my own personal observations. I have a better attitude towards them than the authors that come up with stuff that is opposite of what I personally have experienced. Doesn't meat it doesn't work for someone else. Just didn't work for me so hard to believe some of the other things they are pushing.
