Thanks for the responses, and to 12thman for the pictures of the Faromor panels.
There's no lake effect snow in Central/Northern ND, but when the 'Alberta Clipper' drops in it usually brings fine grain snow (like salt) with 60+ mph NW winds.
That combination fills up everything it can blow through.
