Kind of a here think. Might be the one of the best things you can do for your soil or might add to an existing problem. Here it’s a huge benefit. But that much ash makes me wander what species of wood you are burning. It takes several truck loads of dry hickory, oak, and cherry to make a bucket in my central boiler. My dad would get a bucket a day of 5% ash and 95% charcoal a if I did it the way he wants.
