Southeast Washington | He had at least 3.42 or 3.73 because it would go down the highway in 5th gear fine. He knew not to make that 3.08 mistake because that is what I had in an 83 with a 4 speed manual and the 305 engine. That was third gear when pulling a trailer. He special ordered his so he had it speced with what he wanted. I bought the 83 off the lot during the high fuel prices. Didn't do any better than the 400 automatic economy wise I had before it. Sure missed the power though. | |
