They audit high yields for an area. Keeps future claims down.
B—staging silage is hard— but they can still spot check your remains harvested bushels.
C- how to commit fraud?? I am not going to assist you guys, but payment for wages, moving grain between father and son, payment for rent.
I am obligated to report things that don’t make sense— and have.
Best way to stay above board is to update yields to settlement statements annually. Very handy in case of an audit.
You guys are either very naive, or have been trying to commit fraud.
I know of an instance were GPS equipment was subpoenaed for planting dates. A couple years ago, I custom planted for a guy. RMA send someone for acres, fertilizer, and chemistry.
You only go thru one of those audits and you won’t take the hassle of a 2nd. | |
