N Central IA | They probably already have just takes a computer and possibly larger injectors and pumps. Anything with a turbo should be a no brainer, you can run boost or higher compression with e85, most guys in the high hp street cars do this all the time.
There are about 5 options in cars/trucks today if you want an e85 compatible vehicle, in 13 I could buy an explorer capable of burning e85 but not today, I blame electric cars for this. It’s probably more of a tune in the computer than anything.
