I don’t disagree. There are certainly a lot of very frustrated people. And yes, the epa could do whatever, which they do anyways, and then get sued, which would be expected. But, the pattern of these things is, once an alphabet soup agency does something, the courts are generally gonna let them keep doing it or punt the issue. You just have to get your foot in the door
