If the epa isn't going to drop their illegal emissions requirements on diesel engines, why can't trumps epa mandate e15 on their own? If you ask me, this is in the trump administration's court and he needs to proclaim it like he does other things. Is he really the farmer's friend or not?
Nationwide E-15 would soak up another 2 billion bu.
