Is it time to buy farm fuel? Oil rig counts are down 40 year over year or 7%. Seems we could have a reversal if we get some unrest over seas in the wrong area or with high fuel usage is now the time to buy?
Rig down a few hundred in the last decade...doesn't mean much with the current price of oil and technology.
Time to buy Diesel?
