North Central Indiana | I understand all of what you said there. However from my view you negate all of it at the end. Everyone expected a decrease as you said, not just farmers but the private reporters and estimates did too. That’s why the abnormally large swing up was such a shock and got the reaction it did. So all the other factors don’t really mean much when everyone but Uncle Sam were expecting a bit of a reprieve | |
